OK button on Philips TV without remote

Hello
My old Philips DV3 flat TV is asking me to press OK for a first setup. However, it was working yesterday and I no longer have the remote. How can I press OK from the TV itself, please?

    Hi,

    You should have kept the remote control.

    (Disassemble it and clean it at worst)
