GPS Waze issues

Hello,
I have a problem with the Waze app. I keep getting the following error message: No GPS signal, displaying your approximate location.

I have the location services enabled for Waze (and set to always), and my phone is compatible with the iOS version (the app requires iOS 12.1, I have an iPhone 6 running 12.5)

I suspect my phone, the iPhone 6, is too old (I'm holding on ^^), but I wanted to make sure.

Hello

two tips:
turning the phone off and on; it has worked on several phones

have you tried uninstalling / and / reinstalling

  However, I have one step that I can’t complete: “Enable Exact Location.”

    Apparently, the GPS function is not enabled on your phone or is no longer working.

    In this case, the app won't be able to locate me, right?

    If the location is not enabled, Waze cannot locate you.

    Indeed, location services are enabled, as explained in your previous link, but I receive the error message mentioned above.
    
    And the app is able to locate me, but not to track my movements.

  I have exactly the same problem with my iPhone 6. I've tried everything and nothing works. I can't find a satisfactory answer. My wife, who has an old Samsung, picks up Waze's GPS location without any problem.
