A key on my keyboard keeps spamming non-stop.

Hello,
Since yesterday (24 hours from the time of writing this message), the square key on my laptop keeps typing continuously. I can still type characters, but it's impossible to write anything concrete because it keeps spamming. I don't think it's my external keyboard (I unplugged it to test), but I would like to know if this is due to the laptop's keyboard and therefore a malfunction of it (I can't remove it to check) or a system bug (this happens even in the authentication space of the computer). Even restarting the laptop doesn't solve the problem.

If there's no solution, is a reset feasible?

Thank you for reading my message.
Have a nice day.

Hello

From what I read of your information, it's the internal keyboard, and it's almost certain that it's a physical issue. So no reset needed.
It's a repair (under warranty if less than 2 years) either you do it yourself if you find a replacement keyboard and the tutorials for disassembly. It's not inaccessible but it's "delicate"; if you take care, there should be no issues.

Best regards
