Emule plus: files stuck state

Hello everyone. I have a problem with emule for a while now my little mule in the bottom right of my screen is blindfolded. All my files currently downloading are now blocked. I know absolutely nothing about it, I’ve always used emule in the simplest way possible: connection, audio or video search, and then incoming when the file is green to retrieve it, right. So if someone has the patience to explain what I can do so that my mule works again, that would be super cool. Thanks in advance...
