TV displays Black Screen "Data Service"

Hello,
I bought a Boulanger TV less than a month ago, but it goes black after 1 minute with "data service" displayed. I don't know what to do to fix this problem.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.1.2

Hello Mathilde,

Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and then plug them back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you'll have to redo the entire installation and settings.
