Hello,
This evening we unplugged the Orange box cable from our TV, which was working perfectly, and after plugging it back in, we no longer have access to our Samsung television and now it says on the screen data broadcasting service ????? We didn't need a decoder since April 5th.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 49.0.2623.110

Hello, was the Orange box connected via HDMI? Is it an Orange TV Box?
