Thank you, but I expressed myself poorly—the issue is that there was a modification to satellite Hotbird 13. I contacted the person who did the installation because I have a dish with a BIS card that I adjust yearly (BIS subscription). The person to reprogram me asks for €70 to reprogram the receiver. I have the frequency: 12437 H 27500 3/4. I went into the menu and I can't find this frequency. The installer says you must create a new frequency. I can't; on the remote control I can't display the frequency, it blocks. If you could tell me how to do it, I'm fairly capable but I'm stuck here. Thanks in advance if you can help. Have a good day.
