Ideal Frequency for Astra 1

Hello,
Can someone tell me what the ideal frequency for Astra 1 is...
I believe it's 12363, but I'm not sure... And the best frequency I can get is 118xx (I don't remember the last two digits exactly)..
So I have an acceptable image quality but not great..
For your information, I'm using an HDMI connection, so I don't know if that might affect the poor image quality.
