Hello, I have a problem with my Gigaset C620. When I try to activate the hands-free mode, the call gets cut off and the handset turns off, then it restarts a few seconds later. If anyone knows this issue and can help solve it, I would be very grateful, thank you in advance.

    I think your rechargeable batteries are worn out...
    unable to provide the necessary power when switching to hands-free mode...

    I therefore invite you to replace them with
    2 x AA NiMH - Voltage: 1.2 V - Capacity: 1300 mAh
