G Pro X headset G Hub issue

Hello,
I bought the Logitech G Pro X headset,
It works perfectly when I plug it in via jack, but when I try to connect it with the sound card provided with the headset, G HUB detects the headset, downloads the resources, and then gets stuck on "configuration."

I tried it on another PC, and the configuration happens in just a few seconds.
