Pole emploi connection issue

Hello,
I have recently become unemployed and I have my identifier and my secret code. I can't connect; it says "loading" and then it just keeps spinning... indefinitely. Does anyone have an answer? Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 64.0.3282.119

Hello,

The issue is only with Mozilla Firefox, the connection remains possible on Chrome and IE.

Similarly, through Chrome, although I was told to go through it.

Impossible, just like error code types 400, to access my skills, my profile, and search.

And of course, Friday afternoon phone support is closed..
