Pole emploi connection issue

As for the documents, no, we cannot send multiple documents at once; we can only send one, it takes time, and sometimes we have to resend because they say there was a problem. I went to Pôle emploi yesterday to tell them that I haven't received my situation statements for 3 months; they did nothing, they just told me, "if you need a situation statement, from home, you go to the Pôle emploi website and request a certificate, which gives you the amount you have received."
