Hello Facebook has blocked my account, here is their message: "your account has been blocked
We noticed unusual activity on your account. This may mean that someone has used your account without your knowledge."
The problem is that I have no alternative to verify my account by sending them an ID or anything else. When I click on the link they provide if I think I have been hacked, it redirects me to the page stating that my account is blocked instead of sending me to the page to verify my identity. What should I do, please?

Contributor@YseffTo my knowledge, there are no "solutions" that do not go through Facebook's procedures.

@georges97Just no Facebook procedure is displayed, it only redirects me to a help page or the blocked page, no place to verify my account.

Contributor@Play344I suppose this is one of the many malfunctions of Facebook, as they are reported to us by the dozen every week and for which only they can provide repairs.
