Hello, I received an email from Colissimo saying that my Colissimo is waiting for me. Well, on Shein, it says that the package has just arrived in the destination country. And the tracking number is the same as on Shein. Should I go pick it up at the address? (On Shein, I had provided an address that is not the same as the one in the email...) I'm a bit lost. Anyway, I have until the 9th to go get it. I'm just afraid it’s one of those fake emails like "Your order has been delivered," that kind of thing. Anyway, I don't know if I should go get it because it seems suspicious to me, even though they have the same tracking number as on Shein.

It now has to wait in line to go through Customs.. This takes some time, especially since the implementation of the new customs regulations on July 1, 2021..

Beware of fake Colissimo emails (Phishing..) .

It was "Order confirmed and awaiting pickup" but now it's "Order placed, warehouse waiting for packing." So it's going to take longer, right?
