Hello, I made a request to open a bank account at the post office and today I received 2 letters, one with my bank card and another with the identifier to log in. A small problem, I haven't received a letter with the password. Is that normal?
Thank you for your response.

    Hello,

    It's normal.
Usernames and passwords are sent in separate mail, not shipped on the same day.
    Please be patient.
Similarly, you will receive the 4-digit code for the bank card in a separate letter from the card shipment.

    Hello,
That's up to you to create it.
Avoid using "123456" or any ridiculous and easily identifiable passwords.

    Hello,
    Excerpt from : https://www.labanquepostale.fr/particulier/mbp/ac.html
After opening your account at La Banque Postale, you will receive two letters: the first will contain your 10-digit identifier and the second your unique 6-digit password.

For your first login on the site labanquepostale.fr, have this information ready; you will then need to change your password during this first login.

If you have not received these letters or if you have lost them, there are two solutions:
    - at your post office: the clerk will verify your identity, legal capacity and eligibility before making a request for Online Banking codes (BEL) (reminder of the identifier in person and reallocation of the password which will be sent to you by mail).
    - by phone at 3639 (1) option 4
    (1) service €0.15/min + cost of a call
