Hello,
I can't find the model of my HP PC 15-dw3014nk on the official HP website to download the storage driver.
Thank you.

    Hi

on the specifications page of your PC --> click here

copy this --> Product reference 2R0M6EA

on the HP support page --> laptop --> in the "Serial No." box, paste the product reference --> 2R0M6EA

you will reach this page --> https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/drivers/selfservice/hp-laptop-pc-15-dw3000/37506289/model/2100000420?sku=2R0M6EA

check if this is indeed your PC

if you need help with the drivers, post a screenshot of your device manager --> click here

      Hello,

I thought I had given you the solution.

      Google: hp HP 15-dw3014nk

It’s not necessarily the case depending on Google’s mood, for me, it’s the first link:
      https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/document/c06988259

We go to "software/drivers," "laptop," in the "serial number" box, we enter "HP 15-dw3014nk," submit.

    Hi

Okay, give me the serial number of your PC (the S/N), so I can do a search on the HP website

    See you

    Hello,

    Windows + R
    Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

Give the hardware ID of the problematic device
Check this out --> Find the identification number of a device
Post the number in your next message.

    Windows 7, 8 or 10?
    32 or 64 bits?
