Hello,

My son broke the remote control of his TV. I bought him a new one, the same model as the original (SA40S55N) but it doesn't work. Is there any procedure to follow???

    Normally nothing except putting in batteries...
    What does it give with new batteries?

    Hello,

    If you have properly inserted the correct batteries in the right direction, it should work.

    If all these remote controls are identical without needing a code, it should be stated in the manual that you must have received with the equipment.

    Otherwise, it is the seller's responsibility to honor the warranty for what they sold you that is not functioning.
