Hello,

I created a Word document (a daily planner type, 1 page per day) with a page size of 8.89 x 12.7 cm.
I want to print it on A4 sheets, with 4 pages per sheet, and then trim it to store in a ring binder of that format.
In the "Print" menu of Word, I have tried all possible combinations (well, probably not all), but none give the expected result.
What combination of settings should I use?
- In the "Print" menu (page/paper size, number of pages per sheet)
- possibly in the "Printer Properties" submenu
- possibly also in the document layout settings, but I would like to avoid it since the visual at entry matches exactly what I want.

Thank you in advance for your suggestions!

Configuration: Office / Word 2016

Thank you for taking the time to respond.
And, it's quite possible... So what?
It is still one of the formats offered by Word (not French!) and by the driver of my printer... HP (not French either)!

I found an option: number of pages/sheet (printing a Word document) that works

Yes, of course, it's the first thing I tried... But it doesn't work (at least for me).

    Sorry, my apologies...
    Yes, it works!
It's just the print preview that doesn't match the actual result.
Printing to PDF allowed me to test things without wasting paper!
    So, case closed!
