Hello,
I connected the camera to the Livebox using a RJ45 cable category 6. When I plug the cable into the Livebox port, no LED lights up, neither green nor orange, and I can't establish the connection; I'm still offline. I should mention: 50 meters in length, with 40 meters outdoors in a conduit, and the cable has been tested properly.
I must clarify that I am quite a novice in this area... The fact that no LED lights up seems to indicate a problem with the cable or wiring? Thank you very much for your help.

    Hi,
when you say tested cable, in what way?
    After that,
did you take this into account?

Thank you for your quick response. I tested the cable with the cslnetzwerk-kit tester, all the LEDs lit up and seemed fine, but after consulting your link, it is possible that the connection to the camera may have moved after a lot of handling to fit it into the waterproof box. As soon as I have a moment, I will revisit all of this. Can you confirm that if no LEDs are lit on the livebox, there is a connection issue? In any case, thank you again for your help.

        Yes, I confirm
It applies to both ends, by the way.

    Hi

Apparently, the Ethernet ports of the Livebox 5 are not POE

How is your camera powered? (please provide make and model)

      Hi,
it's a POE box that we haven't seen yet; it's limited to switches today.

Well, anything can happen, the POP from Free has a POE port

        Indeed,
however, I was wondering if he was an energy client or supplier, but well, on the server box, it can only be a supplier, I think.
