Hello,
I turned on my Mappy E538T GPS, set it up, simulated navigation and it froze right away: program memory is very low...
Since then, I can't close it with the cross, nor turn it off even by pressing and holding.
Do you have a solution please? It's brand new...

    It is new...
    You might want to wait for the device to turn off by itself when the battery is completely discharged and see if it restarts properly after being charged.
