Hello,

My husband just locked the Toshiba 32EL833F TV in the living room, the problem is that we don’t have the remote control. Can someone tell me what to do? Thank you in advance!

Hello,
My husband has just locked the Toshiba 32EL833F television in the living room, the problem is that we don't have the remote control

Try pressing each button on the front panel of the television for 30 seconds, just in case...
Otherwise, check the manual.

I tried last night but nothing worked, it won't turn back on and the manual doesn't mention my problem!! Anyway, thank you for your response!!! Have a good day!

it won't turn back on and Toshiba TV 32EL833F is locked

Yes, but it's not the same between a TV that won't turn back on and a locked TV!

Well, in that case, it is an electronic failure; check if the TV is under warranty or not, otherwise, get a quote from a repairman or consider a new TV.

Have a good day too.

Hello,
What do you mean by blocking?
Without a remote control, how did you change the channels?
Who provides the image to this television (in the room)?

In fact, before we were able to use it without the remote control thanks to the buttons on the front of the television, but yesterday the TV glitched and zoomed in by itself; it made a wrong move and locked the screen, and now it's impossible to turn it back on!

If it's impossible to turn it back on... it's going to be difficult to do anything.

First, unplug everything.

Unplug from the wall and short circuit the two prongs of the plug with a wire, paperclip, etc.

Of course, do not plug it back in.
Wait an hour, remove the wire or paperclip and plug it back in.

Hello,

I had the same problem as you last week.
And as you may already know: the keyboard on the side of the screen was stuck (it's really unfortunate to accidentally hit the key combination that locks the on-screen keyboard)
Like you, we don't have a remote control for the TOSHIBA 32EL833F TV.
I bought a CT-90326 remote for 6 euros on Rakuten, and tonight I turned the TV back on using this remote.
Well... I hope you haven't thrown it away.
