Administrator password startup

Hello,
I have an HP laptop and at startup, it shows me "Administrator password or power on password."
I tried the master codes found online with bios pw, but no results. I did a CMOS reset by disconnecting the battery and rebooting the BIOS, still no results. Lastly, I tried recovering the BIOS through HP support with a USB key, but again no results. I'm lost, what should I do? My motherboard has no battery or CMOS reset.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 91.0.4472.120
