If this is in reference to the hours worked,
we could do 135 * 12 (months) / 52 (weeks) = 31.15 (hundredths)
Since the calculation we make to know the number of hours worked per month when working 35 hours is 35 * 52 / 12 = 151.67 hours per month, which is the number of hours usually found on a payslip.

There are always 13 weeks in a quarter, which is 3*135=405 hours
So 405/13=31 hours and 15 hundredths, or 31:09 (31 hours and 9 minutes)
the same result as jee pee in post #2.
That said, I don't see what practical use you could make of this information?
Employment contracts and collective agreements always specify weekly durations for the simple reason that not all months have the same number of hours worked or working days...
