I can hear through my headphones but the microphone isn't working anymore.

Hello, lately I've been having a little problem, the microphone on my headphones is no longer working, so my PC forces me to use its internal microphone. I've tried all the techniques I could find so far. (Uninstalling Realtek drivers, enabling the microphone for applications, automatic dialog boxes, showing disabled audio devices, etc.).
I should mention that the jack is fine since it used to work and that my jack input is for headset-mics. I tried with other headphones, but the result remained the same...
Regarding the dialog box, when I click on headset mic or another option, Windows 10 doesn't detect anything.
When I go to "sound," I don't see any headset mic displayed on the screen.
Thank you in advance.
