I played this game today, the fairground worker showed me several times, he managed to completely cover the colored circle. Then he put metal circles down, I had placed them all correctly like he did, but there was a bit of color that was visible. I confirm it's a scam.

It's completely a scam, the fairground vendor has much larger discs than ours which allows them to succeed every time in their demonstration.
