Huawei Backup Issue: .tar.enc File

Hello, I currently have a problem:

I have a backup of my old phone (Huawei PSmart 2019) stored on my PC in the form of a .tar.enc file. However, this phone is broken and my new phone is not a Huawei, I can't access my files from my PC. Do you know of any software that can open Huawei backups or an emulator for Huawei that would allow me to transfer it there via Hisuite?

    Hello,
    I have the same problem, apparently after everything I've read, apart from restoring on a Huawei or Honor phone, there is no solution!!!
