Issue with Bosto 16HD stylus

Hello, it has now been more than 6 months since the stylus of my Bosto 16 HD has not been working. Well... it works from time to time, but that's very rare. Can you help me?

    Is your stylus the original one or from another brand?

    Have you tried using another stylus to see if the issue persists?

      Yes, it’s the original stylus and no, I haven’t tested it with another one yet.
