Bosto 16hd graphics tablet stylus issue

Hello,
I just bought a Bosto tablet and everything works very well except I can't calibrate my stylus: when I press the small cross to calibrate, no matter how hard I try, it doesn't work. I've tried changing the pressure, reinstalling the app, etc. When I try to draw in Clip Studio Paint, nothing happens, yet the stylus does work because when I press on any app, it works (I specify that I'm on Mac). There is also a problem with the display of the Bosto application where I can't see anything. I hope someone can help me with this issue.

Hello, I've been having the same issue since this afternoon even though everything was working fine before.
If anyone has a workaround... I was told about a driver from Wacom that could help, but unfortunately, I don't remember which one it was.
