My Scrabble Go app keeps shutting down on my iPhone...???

Please advise me (I’ve recharged several times, nothing works!!!)

    Hello,

    Try closing and restarting the application. If that doesn't work, restart your iPad. If the problem persists, update the application and also check for updates for your iPad.

    As a last resort, try reinstalling the application. This may reset your progress and other saved data in the application.

        Open the App Store and select your profile icon at the top of the screen, then scroll down the page to view available updates.

        Thank you, I tried, no update for Scrabble Go, I reinstalled it... nothing to be done!!! It shuts down immediately!!! Feeling drained ????????,

        Before launching Scrabble Go, close all open applications. Perhaps your applications are using a lot of memory, which prevents Scrabble Go from starting.

        Also check if you have enough storage space and that it is not full.
