Hello, I placed an order on Ali Express two months ago and yesterday I received a message regarding certain orders saying that the order has been confirmed even though I have neither received the order nor confirmed anything. Has anyone else experienced this or at least knows if this is normal, please? ._.????

yes, that's normal
"Order confirmed" means that the payment has been registered and accepted for your order, and therefore your order becomes final.
The seller has been notified and will proceed to send the product(s)
After that, it may seem long to you; the delays, unless an exception, are about 1 month (+/-), but generally we do receive it. It's only once the package is received (and your product tested if needed) that you will be able to confirm receipt, give your opinion on the product, and rate the seller.

The thing is that this is the confirmation of the receipt of the order which has apparently been done automatically, while normally this confirmation should be done by me once the package is received.

with every order I make with them, they confirm the order and then automatically transfer it to the seller. You should normally receive an email when the order is shipped. The delivery times are approximate with them. If you paid via PayPal, you have the option to open a dispute if you do not receive the order after too long a delay. You can also write directly to the seller!

Yes, I see which confirmation you're talking about; this one is automatic at the beginning, but there's also a confirmation to be done when you've received your package, which they call "Confirm receipt of the order." In my case, this was done automatically by AliExpress, whereas normally, I should have done it once the package was received. So I don't understand if this is normal. ._ .
