It's been a few days since I placed my Shein order. I have no tracking information and haven't received any confirmation email. In my account under "my orders," nothing is displayed. I'm considering filing a complaint because, after coming across this forum, I've seen that I'm not the only one, and I find the professionalism of this site to be lacking. If someone knows why this is happening to me, I would really like to know, it's frustrating. Thank you.

    As for me, I haven’t made any purchases as I am not satisfied with their products.
