Hello,
I got an Imedia S3210 PC from a friend, but here when I start it up, I can get to the desktop, but then my mouse and keyboard don't work.
I know the keyboard and the mouse work, so I'm trying to go into Windows recovery mode (the PC is surprisingly on Windows 10 when it should normally be on Windows 7) to try to reset it, but there's an error.
What should I do to reset the PC? Or make the mouse work? I've tried a lot of things, but nothing works, please help me.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 91.0.4472.77

Hello,
How did you install Windows 10? ...
An upgrade from OS 7 to OS 10 or installing Windows 10 using a USB stick?

I'm sorry, but I was given this PC and to be honest, I have no idea...
I don't really know anything about it, but I thought maybe the problem was due to this upgrade?
Anyway, thank you very much for your attention to my question.

I think the best option would be to reinstall Windows using a USB key.
Follow this link... https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10 to download the "Media Creation Tool." The USB key must be at least 8 GB.

It seems that your installation media (your USB drive) is corrupted.
