Xiaomi earphone issue
Hello,
One of my "mi true wireless EBs Basic 2" earbuds is no longer working. I was listening to music and suddenly the right earbud stopped working. I've had them since March 16 2021. It doesn't turn back on even in the case; when I try to charge it, normally there is a red light, but there's nothing.

go to your Amazon account, then to your order, and contact customer service. They will ask you to return the item and will refund you afterwards, and then you will just have to order another one.
