VIEWING GOPRO 4K ON TV
Hi everyone!
I just got a GoPro 9 that can shoot in 5k. I retrieved the first videos that I can play without issues on my PC with VLC, and the images are stunning.
I installed these videos on my USB stick to watch on my TV, but it shows me the error message "Your video cannot be played."
My TV is an LG55C8, a recent 4k OLED model. I don't think the problem comes from my USB stick, so I tried converting these files with various software to change it to a format recognized by my TV. The trouble is, I end up with much smaller videos, and the quality is really poor, not even up to smartphone standards. I bought this camera specifically to have stunning images on my TV, and I don't know what to do anymore.
Here are the properties of one of the videos in question:
File: MP4
Size: 2.76 GB
Duration: 00:03:56
Frame Width: 5120
Frame Height: 2880
Data Rate: 99281 Kb/s
Total Bitrate: 100010 Kbits/s
Frame Rate: 23.98 frames/s
If anyone can help me, I thank you in advance!

Hello and welcome to this forum,
For the sake of speed in reading/writing, some TVs "struggle" with USB keys, so try to put your file on an external hard drive instead
