Hello,
I am writing to you because I am a bit lost.
I have a problem with my InDesign. When I import images, logos, etc., and I want to resize them, the proportional scaling does not work. Even though I am pressing the Shift key correctly.
Do you know how to restore proportional scaling, to reset the settings properly?

Try holding down "shift+Ctrl" at the same time....
You may need to reset the tools: https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/indesign/using/setting-preferences.html
Or maybe your keyboard has a problem....
