    My handset is constantly searching for the base (the pictogram "antenna" is flashing).
    I followed the manual to pair the base but I no longer have the PIN code.
    I would like to reset the device.

      If you haven't changed the pin code ... by default, the code is 0000

    Try removing the batteries from the handset, wait a good minute, then, while standing near the base, put the batteries back in place.
    If that doesn't work regarding the PIN code, the manual states: 
     If you have forgotten your PIN code, please contact an authorized service center.

    So you will need to check the issue with Panasonic

    or you can try a maximum of 9999 attempts.
