Hello,
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 80.0.3987.132
I purchased this pack of two phones and activated DECT on the Freebox One. The first phone connected to the base works, but the second one does not; it always displays "check line."
Why?
Thank you.

Hello,
I activated DECT on the Freebox One
Should we understand that the base is not connected to the Freebox by cable, but that you have paired the handset via DECT with the Freebox?
If that's the case, you need to do the same operation with the second handset...
But please note that in this case, all the features of the Panasonic base are inactive. The Freebox serves as the base.
The Panasonic base is only useful as a charger.
Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...

Thank you for your response!

Alright...
But as mentioned earlier, the Panasonic base only serves as a charger now..
So why have a base with an integrated answering machine that is no longer of any use??? I find it hard to understand...
If you insist on using the DECT from the Freebox, you need to perform the same pairing procedure on the second handset that you did with the first handset.
