I personally bought from their site twice, once for myself with no issues for my Mac, and a second time for my father on Windows and he had difficulty installing, but after contacting customer support everything went well, not too much trouble for me.

Impossible to activate the application with the activation code, the space reserved for this purpose does not exist, I even wonder DOES THIS SITE (KEY SHOP) STILL EXIST????

It's exactly what I thought, this online sales site is indeed a BIG SCAM.
I called Microsoft (1 hour and 30 minutes) today and they made it clear that they are reselling pirated applications. I got scammed for 49.99 euros. The person I spoke to really struggled to find a license number, etc., etc., etc. This online site should be avoided like the plague!!!!!
The positive in all of this!!!!! it works well.

Hello, I bought during the same period as you and I received my key in less than 10 minutes. I also noticed that on Google, they say they are Microsoft resellers. Well, everything seems normal to me. I just had to do something, which I don't remember now, because I had an error during installation. But I did as requested and it was fine.

I also purchased on this site last September 15th and paid the amount of €42.49 (after a discount) but like you, I am unable to install the license and request a refund (not really trusting their software and the 2-year guarantee mentioned on their site is not even included in the invoice that I requested).

We don't have a phone number to call them, they only send us a link for remote assistance that I don't trust either.

I really want to get a refund and buy a legitimate Microsoft license. It's a shame I didn't see your comments earlier!

Beware of this online store! I received the wrong license. I contacted the site and they replied:
We cannot unfortunately take the product back, as it has already been sent and it is legally impossible for us to resell a license that has already been displayed on a screen. It is considered "consumed."
No possibility of a refund.
I do not recommend this site at all!

Indeed, the same problem, license purchased, download completed, but impossible to get it working. And the live chat doesn't work. I've really been taken in. It's quite a scam...
