How to convert a CED file?

Hello, while cleaning up my SD card I accidentally deleted important files, and all I have left are the .CED versions. How can I open and convert them for editing? I searched online but found no results...

    Hello, here’s what I found if this is your case
    the files created by some JVC cameras when the SD card is not formatted correctly for the camcorder; it records the data related to the recorded video, but cannot be read by any video software. You should rather reformat the camera's SD card, then the camcorder will record the video in the standard .MTS or .MOD format.
