Ce que tu demande est totalement fantaisiste.
Commence donc par faire un très minuscule programme dans un langage facile

Dans la mesure où aucun des liens ne donne la moindre indication valable, ce serait sans doute plus simple de créer un OS spécialisé, mais j'avais renoncé à toute contribution en recevant la réponse.
