Hello, I recently acquired a Samsung S4 Mini, running Android 4.2.2. I would like to know if it is possible to update this version to a more recent one. In the "About device" section, it states that the model number of the phone is GT-I9195.

Hello,
When an update is available, it is offered by Samsung.
This is a very old device (2013). Samsung will not provide any updates, and it is unlikely that it would support a newer version of Android (it's even very improbable).
