Software for Bushnell Backtrack D-tour GPS

Hello,

I can't download the data processing software from my GPS. The address provided by the manual says that the site is not accessible.

    Have you found a solution to the problem??
    Because I created an account 5 years ago with this address that was in the manual and now I can't go back to it

    This address is full of mistakes, it will never work and moreover https://www.backtrackdtour.com/ doesn't exist either.

    So let's see where your information comes from because given your post here, apart from a crystal ball, I'm afraid it will be impossible to help you. :-)

      Well, I looked a bit and... I found the manual.
      Your GPS seems to have been sold with false information; the correct page is indeed my link, except it no longer exists!!!
      Neither the brand nor the site, nor the support, everything has disappeared.
      Correction: the brand does exist, Bushnell Outdoor Products exists https://www.bushnell.com/, a specialist in hunting.
      But it seems there haven't been any GPS devices for ages.

      So, back to the store for a refund.
