Hello,

I'm sorry if this question has already been asked, but I couldn't find it on the forum.

I have an Inforad V2, and I've tried to update it, but it doesn't work; this has happened to me before... USB port issues.

I followed the same process, but this time it's impossible to fix, the port isn't even recognized.

I attempted to open the Inforad website for a possible update, but that doesn't work either.

I called the support line (yesterday afternoon), but I got a voicemail saying they were closed.

Do you know if Inforad is at the end of its lifespan? Is the website permanently closed?

    It's me again,

    The site you gave me is for the communicating inforad, I have a non-communicating one and it's still not working.
