Samsung TV stuck on a channel

Hello,
My Samsung Smart TV is stuck on one channel. The remote control doesn't work anymore. Only the power button works. What should I do?

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and then plug it back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.
    For the remote control:
    Have you checked the batteries?
