Unable to create a simple volume

Hello gentlemen.
How can I create a simple D: volume on unallocated space on my hard drive, as I've tried many times without success?
Is there a possibility to create it in the BIOS?

Hello

No, the BIOS doesn't manage partitions.
As for the rest, "I've tried a bunch of times without success," not providing us with any usable information, I can't say more.
