Hello,
Try resizing your photo using the Paint application; it should work!
Start Paint, which you can find by opening Windows Accessories.
Click on File, then Open, select the photo you want to edit, and click Open again.
The image will appear on the screen.
Now select Resize in the menu bar, check the Pixel box and uncheck the Maintain aspect ratio box.
In the Horizontal box, type 150 and do the same for the Vertical box, then finish with Ok.
Then just save your work, File, Save as... pointing to the arrow, choose Images in JPG format, give your image a name, for example, then select Desktop in the vertical column on the left and click Save.
This way you'll easily find your image.
However, be careful, if you select Pixel at 150 X 150 and your image distorts, if that's the case, check the Maintain aspect ratio box then repeat the process by entering 150 in one of the boxes; this way there won't be any distortion.
Do a few tests to familiarize yourself with the procedure and achieve the desired result.
Best regards.
