How to access my Alibaba account

Some time ago, I opened an Alibaba account for my orders.
The account has been blocked for some time.
I can't send messages to suppliers. All my attempts have been in vain. I went to create another account, and the same thing happened again.
What should I do? Please help me.

    Have you ever placed an order on Alibaba?

    Alibaba is for B2B; if it's B2C, AliExpress is preferable...
    On Alibaba, when ordering, you will be asked for information and guarantees about your business.

    Look, you can find the same products on AliExpress.

        Hello,

        Only the customer service of this company can act on an account... Especially if it has been blocked due to (among other things...) multiple account creations...
