Hello everyone, I would like to buy a jacuzzi for more than 4.5 people. I have inquired at several agencies in Belgium (Liège) and here I came across the site alibaba.com
which offers jacuzzis at better prices than those in stores! Can you share your experiences with the site, to see if it is reliable or not, and whether we benefit from a warranty on jacuzzis imported from China? Also, I would like to know if we need to pay customs duties since the Chinese VAT will be paid.
Thank you in advance.

Hello,

Honestly, for this kind of thing, I recommend buying it in-store.
If you need to use the customer service, you might regret it if you buy it online.
I speak from experience, because someone in my family bought one, and luckily in France, which made customer service easier.

See you later

Hello
I bought a washing machine from a store near my home and a dishwasher online (from Rue du Commerce). I was better served online than at the store near my home; Rue du Commerce has exceptional after-sales service.

Yes, but here we are not talking about washing machines or DVD players, etc. But rather about something specific.
So, in-store, it's still better.
Even if it's like everywhere, there are shops that are terrible at after-sales service.

And in any case, the person concerned probably doesn't care, since they haven't come back since the day they asked the question.

Hello, I don't know which vendor you ordered from on Alibaba, but I ordered spas from the vendor City Electronic LLC, and it's a huge scam. They did send me a tracking link, but the carrier doesn't exist, and then I received an email from the carrier saying that I owed $500 in customs fees. When I did my research, the carrier doesn't exist; it's all a scam, and I've lost my money. I won't be ordering from Alibaba again. To this day, I am trying to report it, but it's very complicated; they are still on Alibaba.
