Windows 7 - unable to access the internet

Hello everyone,
I retrieved an old ACER on which I reinstalled Windows 7 via the manufacturer's network partition. The installation went well.
Unfortunately, whether via WiFi or wired connection, I can't access the internet. I want to emphasize that my box is working perfectly, and all other devices are connected to the internet.
Whether via WiFi or wired, the connection to the network is established without issue.
From the old ACER, with a wired connection, I can successfully ping my box, but nothing else... As soon as I open Internet Explorer, I cannot connect to a website, it just lags, it lags, it lags... And nothing happens.
Any ideas?
Thanks to you
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 88.0.4324.190

Hello
You need to reset the network, so:
open a command prompt, select Start and type cmd in the Search programs and files box.
Under programs, click on the CMD.exe icon, then select Run as administrator.
When the User Account Control dialog appears, click Yes.
At the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt Note If you do not want to specify a directory for the log file, run the following command instead: netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Restart the computer.

Hello.
<<< As soon as I launch Internet Explorer >>>
Since you reinstalled Windows 7 from the recovery partition, were you able to reinstall all updates? There are about 190 minimum (downloads and installations, it takes all day). When doing a CLEAN reinstall of Windows 7, it offers I.E 8. This version of the browser has become obsolete, and therefore you normally cannot install updates. You need another browser.
Personally, I downloaded via another PC a portable version of SRware Iron and installed it on an old DELL GX 520 and then launched the updates from Windows Update.

This version works perfectly with Windows 7 Pro or Home.
See you soon . . .

No, I couldn't reinstall the updates, that's the origin of my post, actually.... However, I downloaded Chrome from another computer and I was able to install it on the old one. I'm able to browse using Chrome, which is great. However, I still can't download the Windows updates.
How can I get Windows Update to work? Is it possible to uninstall IE?

Perfect then . . . For I.E you must absolutely not uninstall it but simply disable it.

On the other hand, for the updates, is the Windows Update window showing a red alert?
Otherwise, check out this complete tutorial ==>
http://www.windows8facile.fr/w7-windows-update-mise-jour/
As mentioned: "This Windows Update bug can be resolved by installing a few packages that will unlock the situation."
In the days of Windows 7, this method was often used to unblock the first updates
Talk to you later . . .

IE disabled, thank you!
I haven't been able to perform any WU updates since the reinstallation of Windows 7. WU shows the red and white shield... And I am colorblind :-)
The updates mentioned in your tutorial are not suitable for the computer. However, this morning, I downloaded a manual WU fix, KB947821, which installs, but I don't see any difference...
Any other leads?

Repair Windows Update as a priority with Reset Windows Update Tool

We're not there yet, of course, but after installing all the updates, it would be sensible to upgrade to Windows 10, which is still free. Just check in "System" that the activation key is indeed activated.
