Erreur avec Memtest86

Bonsoir à tous

J'ai un problème depuis peu avec ma mémoire ram de mon pc . Quand je suis en 3000 MHz le win10 se fige et redémarre...ma config est de deux barrettes de 8 go sur le canal A et la même chose sur le canal B.j'ai donc décidé de contrôler le tout avec le logiciel memtest86 ,j'ai bien eu des erreurs lors du scan, donc ma mémoire ram à bien un souci...j'ai alors voulus déceler quelles groupe de carte étaient défectueuses est la à ma grande surprise aucune erreur n'est ressorti des 2 groupe scanner (4 passe avec memtest en environ 2h30 /test ).
Quelle est le souci ? La carte mère ne supporte plus le dual Channel à cette vitesse là?
Je suis perdu ...Quelqu'un aune idée?

Ma config:
Carte mère MSI z390 pro A (avec bios à jour.)
4x8 Go mémoire vive corsaire vengeance LPX DDR4 15-17-17-35
Proc Intel I7 9700K
Carte graphique GTX 1070 6Go

Il y a une façon de placer les barrette RAM, voir page 14 de la notice... normalement tes DDR4 /3000 sont admises mais sans over clock disons que le clock pulse n'arrive plus à suivre...

-- Normalement un test de mémoire se fait avec Memtest sur CD ou USB live, en dehors de windows... Pour tester la capacité des mémoires avec l'unité centrale totalement libérée des tâches de windows... Ensuite on fait le même test sous Windows et on peut tirer des conclusions s'il y a une différence...

-- Le processeur et les mémoires chauffent peut etre, un peu trop...ce n'est pas sans effet sur le fonctionnement des composants électroniques... d'autant plus que tu dis que le PC s'arrête d'un seul coup...(Overtemp)

-- Un bon nettoyage de dépoussiérage le soulagerait certainement...surtout entre les ailettes du radiateur, les pales des ventilos, les grilles d'aération... et le petit dernier... La pâte thermique du processeur...

-- Il serait également convenable de donner ici des captures d'écran, principalement avec CPUZ en montrant bien la page du CPU et une autre page pour la mémoire...

Il faudrait aussi savoir si tu laisse le BIOS gérer le timing de la RAM en automatique ou au contraire, si tu l'as mis en manuel et que tu lui applique tes réglages personnels et lesquels.?

Merci de t'intéressé à mon problème.
Effectivement j'effectue mon test entre A2 et B2 de ma carte mère avec memtest sur clé USB iso...
Je n'es pas spécifié dans mon premier Msg mais quand je n'utilise pas le mode XMP dans le Bios je n'ai plus le plantage ....mais en contre partie je ne tourne qu'à 2100 MHz.
En ce qui concerne les températures tous me semble correct mon boitier est bien ventilé 25 °c sur la carte mère , sur le processeur j'utilise un dissipateur Noctua qui monte à 35/45°c ....

J'aimerais bien voir une capture d'écran quand même, de CPUZ.. (avec et sans XMP)

Tu n'as pas répondu pour le timing de la Ram...? comment est-il organisé dans le BIOS..?

Effectivement je laisse le soins au bios de gérer le Timing de la ram .
je te joint les captures d'écran celle-ci sont avec le XMP mis en fonction ..

OK, alors, je n'ai aucune assurance. On comprend bien que c'est la monté en fréquence que la RAM ne supporte pas bien... Et elle est pour ainsi dire au plafond... Bien que assez souvent, les 3000 sont utilisées en 2600 par la configuration automatique, par défaut...

1° tu peux essayer sans le "Dual Channel" C'était surtout OK sur des machines "anciennes" mais au niveau des DDR4, ce n'est plus toujours le cas, donc tu peux essayer ça..

Si ça ne solutionne rien, tu peux aller dans le BIOS pour modifier les reglages du Timming de la RAM (attention, c'est assez délicat... et n'exagère pas avec les valeurs, ta RAM n'aimera
pas)

2° En premier, tu peux aller dans "Overclocking" ==>DRAM frequency... Clic sur auto, il te présente une liste de fréquences de DDR4...
Tu peux choisir 3200...3266...3333...3400 ; Il ne faut pas aller plus loin je pense, commence par le plus faible... évidemment, c'est un peu de la triche, mais ça évite de déregler tout le reste... C'est donc à essayer en gardant un oeil bien ouvert, si ça plante

et pour la suite, je passerai au reglage manuel du Timing de la RAM... je crois qu'il existe un utilitaire pratique pour ça, mais je ne le trouve plus...

On peut dire ça... Mais c'est juste à la limite, alors, il faut tenter le coup, c'est peut etre jouable, juste en forçant un petit peu..
