Windows 10 does not detect my headset-microphone

Hello,
I just got a JBL Quantum 100 headset and when I plug it in, my computer does not detect it at all, making it impossible to configure my microphone, which renders it unusable. However, the sound does come through the headset.
I would have tested it on another computer, but unfortunately, that’s not possible... What I know is that, in principle, the jack port on my computer (an ASUS SonicMaster K551L) is compatible.
My computer is a refurbished model that is relatively old, so Asus no longer provides support for it, and I’m a bit short on solutions regarding the drivers, etc.
